Spirits On Bourbon: Experience the Heart of New Orleans Nightlife

My favorite bar in all of NOLA not only the French Quarter. Great food. Great drinks. Great people. Great atmosphere. Will be here many more times and every time we're in New Orleans. 10/10 would recommend.

The energy here is great. Dueling pianos and a crowd that is into partying. Kari was our server, and she was awesome. Very friendly, super knowledgeable she made our night great, I'm thankful she was here. We had a great time, and the food was great. All around stellar time here tonight. I highly recommend you stop in here. You cannot fail I'm sure if it. Ask for Kari, she was legit awesome! You will not regret your time here I'm sure of it!

After seeing this bar/grill on Bar Rescue, we had to go. Ordered the Resurrection and would say if you up for drinking the night away this could be the one for you. The food.... Crawfish cheese fries were a meal in itself and i could not stop eating them, my wife not normally a fries person was loving them. The gator sausage poboy was surprisingly good, and spiced just right. The staff was a bit overwhelmed with customers, and the music was typical bourbon street, loud.. I would for sure try the fries if your down this way.

Came here last year with my bestie for Halloween & was going through memories and definitely wanted to write a review as I loved it here even though it was outdated; The food and the drinks featured on Bar rescue seemed to be the same! The service (strip tease chair was still available) and food (we had gator bites & wings) was the only thing I’d return for on a girls weekend; the bathroom should have been repaired as I almost tripped on tiles in it it and the door barely closed/looked dirty. My resurrection cup & blue light still works a year later so that’s a plus plus! Might come back to NOLA for New Years I would come back again

Fun little dive, can't speak for the food because I didn't eat here. The service was good. The piano player was awesome, overall fun interactive experience. They have some decent beer on tap think a 20oz bluemoon was around $9.00 they have a courtyard out back, bathrooms were fine. I did go on a Tuesday so given weekends might be swamped because it was crowded on a Tuesday. Definitely worth stopping in and grabbing some drinks.

This place was nice. The live music was great and the bartenders were awesome. But their drinks are too sweet and only have like 3 beers on tap. Also I get they are prouder to be part of Bar Rescue show but ... do you really have to play the highlights on replay? I probably watched that like 40 times.

I really enjoyed this place. I must admit that my standards for review are different on Bourbon Street than, say, The Ritz Carlton. This is Bourbon Street. It is very old, and that adds to a certain charm. Maintenance issues are TOTALLY excused that would be INexcusable at The Ritz. Yet I award both places 5 star. I bought the Blue Drink with the lights. It was so good that I bought two more to ensure it was worthy of getting 5 stars. I had some hamburger with jalapeños and some sort of really good cheese sauce. The burger was obviously NOT a corporate beef patty. So it was an excellent burger?....or was it just the blue drink? I guess that either way... it was a win-win situation for me. We had a great time, and the server (Becca) you were great. You were so nice. This place was nice and I would gladly visit again.

This is a great bar. I enjoyed it more than some of the other more known bars on Bourbon st. Their signature drink, the Resurrection, is a must try. It’s delicious and served in a kitschy flashing mug that’s a fun souvenir. The Barber Beer is another fantastic drink to try. The food portions are huge and the food is delicious. We tried bacon cheese fries and some fried pickles. The service was great too, which added to the whole experience.
